We report aircraft information and request departure and arrival at our clients' airports of choice, and arrange applications such as SLOT (departure and arrival slot) and SPOT (aircraft parking apron).

*The operation time and the number of days needed for applications are different, depending on the airport the client prefers to use (FAQ).

We use an advance fund system for handling the fees operators need to pay when flying in Japanese FIR, such as the navigation fee incurred when using the NAVAIDS system.

We arrange the applications to be submitted to the Civil Aviation Bureau of the Ministry Land, Infrastructure and Transport, Japan, when a foreign private aircraft moves from one domestic airport in Japan to another.

*The applications must be applied for 3 days before the flight date.

We submit the permit application to the Civil Aviation Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, Japan, needed not only by business jet aircraft but also by foreign charter aircraft to land.

*The application must be made 3 days before the flight date for business charter flights.
*The application must be made 10 days before the flight date for passenger charter flights and cargo charter flights.

We contact the Civil Aviation Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, Japan, customs, immigration and quarantine offices at each airport, and other agencies or offices requiring contact before an aircraft's arrival, to ensure that our clients' private aircraft enjoy a smooth journey in Japan.
